University celebrated 12th Foundation Day on 10th January 2008

The Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow celebrated its 12th Foundation Day on the 10th January 2008. The function was held in the University campus.

The celebrations started by giving floral tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar by the chief guest, Hon. Vice Chancellor of university and other guest and university staff.

The chief guest of the function was Prof. S. Rame Gowda who is the former chairman of AICTE and VC Karnataka University
The guest of Honour of the function was Dr. Tilak R. Kem ( Ex-secretary, UGC, New Delhi).

The presidential address was delivered by the Hon. Vice chancellor of the University, Prof. B. Hanumaiah.

There was a cultural program by the students of the university from 2PM onwards. Huge gathering in the function including the Vice chancellor of the university who along with the audience enjoyed and highly appreciated the program.
